Not really, more just astonished. I don't understand why someone expects me to give them money to go on a missionary trip and build a church, when I could give money to help those in need and provide them with actual necessities. Obviously this isn't always the case but the main one that comes to mind.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but to me, reading this post, it sounds like you mean to go on a holiday/vacation. From the way it is worded,I don't know if you meant to go on a missionary trip or holiday. If it is to go on a holiday/vacation, then yes, I would consider it as greedy, but if it were to go on a missionary trip, then that isn't so bad.

How is it greedy to want to go on a holiday? Many people work hard just to get by and can't afford even a weekend away. Would you rather the stress kills them?
