@SomePony, every drunk driving accident is the drunk driver's fault. An innocent driver, driving along, the light is green, so they go. At the same time, a drunk driver ran a red light and smashed into the innocent driver. Who's fault is it? Besides, just because some people don't react well to panic and fear when they see drunk drivers, doesn't mean they deserve to be killed. And I know you think you were "trolling" but you weren't. There's a difference between a troll and a douchebag.

I would agree but I cannot for two reasons: 1. The drunks aren't the only ones killed. 2. Sometimes it's just one time mistake ( an extremely grave one). If you want to decrease stupid people from our population the better solution would be to have an IQ test before you can breed. Stupid parents= stupid kids (usually)
