Some people brown nose admins and such but other than that its pretty non bias.

Actually, liking someone can skew your opinion. I think it's been proven taht people are more open to view of people they like, because the default setting is not to disagree. For example, I've found many cases when i disagree with something, but then see that Favvkes posted it, then start really thinking about it and end up agreeing because of analysis.

I do that too. Then there are users I don't like that I'll do the opposite for though I usually just don't vote rather than vote no way.
