Actually, if you go faster than the s peed of light then you go back in time, and if the girl went back in time, the picture wouldn't even be up by then. So in order to effectively untag herself, she would have to be slightly slower than the speed of light. :D

I see your point. Imagine if you will, a girl stumbles upon a tagged photo that has been uploaded 20 minutes before, then travelling at twice the speed of light, she can at least make anyone that had seen it in the last 20 minutes, unsee it, for the next 20 minutes. Simples. ;D
