See, I think it would be really awesome if a guy did ever ask me out, but if he just wasn't going to do it, I would ask him. It's not like I would sit around saying "Woe is me" all day because neither of us are going to say anything. That's stupid.

I have asked a guy out before. I prefer when a guy does the asking, but all the same, people make it out to be more than it is. How will you ever know if you don't try?

I don't see the big deal. Everytime I give my friends advice to ask them out, they think I'm crazy. It's really not all that wild of an idea. If you're not comfortable, that's a different story. But you shouldn't totally dismiss the option.

Where I'm from you are considered desperate if you ask out the guy, so the guy will almost always decline (unless you are really attractive, which I am not). Therefore I will **most likely** never ask a guy out... but who knows, "never" is a strong word
