I think it's nice to have knowledge of many different things. I wouldn't say everything is USELESS, but they all basically help your mind process more information and such.

Yeah, I agree. I could do without knowing how plants live, or how many problems Andrew Jackson face when he was a president. I could do without Stem-and-leaf plots, but I think most of the stuff you larn in English will apply a good deal to real life.

Education is not simply about teaching facts. It is about teaching methods of thought and behaviour. You learn a lot more at school than you're taught.
