I hope that WE find them instead of vice versa, cos if they are hostile, then that'd mean they have the better technology....

I think we're better off not knowing about each other. Cause chances are if aliens find us they'll kill us. If we find them, we'll kill them.

I don't feel like we would be able to communicate at all and I feel that they may have customs and lifestyles so bizarre that we could not even begin to comprehend them. I should think that this would lead to major misunderstandings and eventually horrible conflicts and raging wars through out the whole universe... As you can see I have thought about this a lot. My main point is that I think humans interacting with anything outside our world would create so much pain turmoil that it may cause the end of our or maybe another civilization

Aliens will not be hostile. They will be millions of years older than us and we will simply be fools in their eyes.
