If I'm at a (real) Chinese restaurant, I can usually go through 10-15 cups during dinner. Either way, I'm not sure what kind of person is particularly impressed by the amount of tea someone drinks.
I've drunk that many in a day multiple times and I've never been ill from it. In fact there are probably a lot of people who drink the same amount of caffeine in their coffee or energy drinks quite regularly.
Just me then? If I drink more than 2 cups in a row I get headachey and nauseous. Thought everyone was like that. Seriously though, that much caffeine can do serious damage to anyone if taken regularly...couple dumb people in my class had to be hospitalized for caffeine overdose :/
I thought that said "excessive" and YYA'd for a second.

Heck, even drinking eight cups of WATER a day is impressive.
If sweet tea doesn't count then yes =)
I drink 1 1/2-2 gallons of water every day. Is that impressive?
Sure hope thats decaffeinated, bro, or you'll be barfing your brains out.
