+129 When you call any business, school, or institution, the people who answer should be (or at least sound) happy and upbeat. If someone answers the phone and has a dreary slow voice and they make it sound like talking to you is a chore and they're doing it for the money (even if they are), you won't want to use them. Better mood = better business, amirite?
