How is that weird? You're pretty much saying, "It's weird how much changing a person's appearance can change a person's appearance, amirite?"

Well I guess I mean their face too. They look like a completely different person. I guess it was worded pretty badly.

I totally get the OP - I just shaved my head recently, and it does more than just change the obviousness of having hair or not - it gives a whole different persona, age appearance, attractiveness - it affects SO many factors, it is interesting!

It's not weird. It's because the hair creates a lot of illusions on the face. For example, sideburns can slim a person's face. Having asymmetrical bangs can reduce the asymmetry on your face. Shaving your head would make the top of your head appear symmetrical, which gives your face a more asymmetrical appearance. And the hairline is also vital to determine a person's beauty. It's really just natural.
