Having the option was nice, but I only used it for a short time. I really couldn't care less that it's gone. Personally, I think that some people are just opposed to anything the new owners do.

I'm assuming that a fair number of the votes, however, are not from three months ago. And, even they do realize that it was probably Anthony's doing, many users still despise any changes made by the current crew.

but why "fix" what isn't broken? There's no reason at all for taking that feature away, cuz some people liked the fact that it was there if they ever wanted to play around with it. and it's not like getting rid of an existing feature helps the new owners financially at all

If you hadn't voted on a post, it wouldn't tell you the current score. I think it might have also withheld the poster but I'm not sure. I only used it for like one day and that was over a year ago.
