-90 "Being the third wheel." Why is the third wheel so much worse than the second? It is still pretty important! It should say "the fifth wheel." Amirite?

A motorcycle, bicycle or any two wheeled thing with a third wheel... pretty useless wheel...

Well... Yeah, that's what the phrase is about... I just looked up the phrase USED to be fifth wheel, but then 2 wheeled carriages became more popular and third wheel became the phrase that stuck.
