+122 Music is fascinating - who'd have thought a bunch of sounds played at various rhythmic intervals at varying pitches could generate such an emotive effect on whoever heard it. amirite?

I was watching this documentary on people who've got their senses mixed up (ex. taste colors) and it got into how people brains precept things. It was saying that when scientists looked at the waves, they found that all the all the notes were similar to a tone of voice and you perceive the music in the same way you'd perceive a voice. All the notes in a minor scale are the same tone humans have when they speak of something negative and vice versa with a major scale.
