"Low pitch" and "scream like a girl" are relative. To me, "scream like a girl" is a high pitched squeal. I know lots of people, girls and boys, that don't "scream like a girl".

I say there's a difference between screaming and yelling. Screaming is the high pitched squealing and yelling is more just like raising your voice to make it louder. Guys don't scream often, but if they did it would sound about the same as if a girl screamed.

Oh sorry that was kind of unclear. I was talking about that part of screaming too. Like yelling and screaming are both people going "ahhh!" but yelling is just your normal voice being loud, where as screaming is higher pitched and more distorted.
