+135 Just because we don't know exactly how the universe came into existence does not mean that a God did it, amirite?

But God does exist!

by Anonymous 11 years ago

No, a god or multiple gods have the possibility of existing. Whether or not you believe in one or them does not make it fact.

I don't think that would solve anything. I'm just making a point.

Just because we don't know how it came to be doesn't mean a God isn't a possibility.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

That was implied. They didn't deny it completely, they only denied it as fact.

And I sit with popcorn and wait for the flame war

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Who the hell thinks that us not knowing how it came to be is proof the God did it?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Currently, it's all 17 of those people who disagreed...

Can't be proven or disproven, so there is no point on arguing for a lost cause.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

People need to start arguing about this. You are beating a dead horse. People are going to believe what they want to believe and nobody will ever change anybody's mind because there is no absolute proof of either argument. Whatever you choose to believe, you believe because of faith, whether it is science or religion or what ever else. And people don't go around just changing their faith because someone on the internet called it stupid. So please, just shut up and stop starting arguments that cannot be logically debated due to the lack of evidence and facts.

What? You said people need to start arguing about this, then you say people need to shut up and stop making arguments because it's pointless. I am lost.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Typo. Dear amiriters, i meant "stop" arguing about this. fml T__T

I realized that shorty after replying.

Science is based on research, not faith. There is a difference.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Science is based on research but they are unable to prove how anything was created. Until research can come to that conclusion, it takes faith to believe there is a scientific explanation for it. In other words, believing in theories proposed by science requires faith.
