People are genetically programmed to reproduce, so I don't blame them for that. However, I do blame people for having an excessive amount of children, although I don't know if that's selfishness or lack of restraint. Either way it contributes to over-population.

Maybe because it would be a little difficult **not** having children when you're married to someone. Humanity can't really control their impulses...
