I was babysitting the other day, and I took them to a park. Some sort of festival was going on. People's faces were priceless, the majority of people understood that I was babysitting and were smiling because I was holding both their hands, and people were like shaking their head and like glaring to haha.

Haha... This summer I was babysitting my cousins who are 3 and 5, so I took them to a fireworks display. People just kept looking at me as if to say, "How irresponsible can you be?"

This one lady thought my //8// year old cousin was my son. Every once in a while, she would look up, shake her head, and click her tongue disapprovingly. And it's not like he was being loud. We were sitting down reading magazines. People are idiots.

Story of my life since my cousin cruise was born... For the last three years family members just dump their kids on me wherever we are and people look at me like I'm garbage because they think I'm a teenage parent with four kids... Even when I try to pick up guys and my friends are able to be around me on family outings guys assume I have kids... Damn lazy aunts...

Yeah this happens with my 2 year ld cousin. We visit my grandmother a lot and I'm allowed to take her to the lake when my grandma doesn't want to go. The glares get really annoying. Sometimes I want to shout "SHE'S MY COUSIN" as soon as I get there.

One time I was holding my cousin who was a few months old at the time and standing with my grandma and some lady passed by and gave me a dirty look so I said really loudly to my grandma "I'm really glad we could give AUNT JEN a few hours off from watching the baby."

I think some people are clueless. When I was 13, people thought my three year old cousin was my daughter. Mind you, at that age I looked like I was 10.

I was walking down the street with my 5 year old niece, on our way to the grocery store, and a few people honked at me, which wad more than a little unsettling. When I got to the checkout, the cashier looked at me sympathetically and took a few dollars off my purchase.

Why only a little brother? If you're with a little girl people may assume it's your too.

Oh haha. I have a little brother and I had people looking at me weird so I made this post. But it can relate to any young siblings.
