You would rather burn your country's flag for $5 than kick a puppy for $10, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
Depends how hard you have to kick the puppy.
by Anonymous12 years ago
That's horrible.
by Anonymous12 years ago
How so? If I had to kick the dog hard enough to seriously hurt it, I wouldn't. If I could just kick it hard enough to wake it up from sleep or get it annoyed or something like that, I'd be fine with it.

There's nothing really wrong with burning a country's flag. It's just doing it in public shows that you hate the country.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Well I think burning the flag is a federal offense in the US, so I'd lightly kick the puppy.
by Anonymous12 years ago
It's protected as being a form of free speech or something similar.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Oh, well thank you for enlightening me. The more you know.
by Anonymous12 years ago
The more you Kohls.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Did you know that burning the Danish flag is the only way to respectfully get rid of it?
by Anonymous12 years ago
It's the same with the American flag. You're just supposed to cut it into little peices first.
by Anonymous12 years ago
@Encore93 Actually, not necessarily. I've participated in flag burning ceremonies where we didn't cut the flags up. They just have to be burned in a respectful way by an approved organization.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Hmm, in the one my brother was in, they were told all the stripes and stars needed to be cut up first.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Burning a flag would be difficult, because you have to contain the flames and clean up afterwards. I would lightly kick a puppy.
by Anonymous12 years ago
A: I'm one step below a pyromaniac.
B: There's a lot of things this country does that I disagree with.
I'd burn the flag FOR FREE. Do I get to keep the unkicked puppy?
by Anonymous12 years ago
Just a gentle tap with the foot. Never said how hard a kick would have to be.
by Anonymous12 years ago
By definition, a tap is not a kick do try again.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Burn a flag don't want to kick the puppy
by Anonymous12 years ago
i hate dogs, but i would still rather burn the flag, because it can't feel pain
by Anonymous12 years ago
The why'd you click NW?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'd do both for $15.
by Anonymous12 years ago
The money part in this post is so random... Is there even a use of saying "for 5$" or "for 10$"? It should just "you would rather burn your flag than kick a puppy, amirite".
by Anonymous12 years ago
The money part was added for someone who would do either for free but if money were involved, it shows which they would rather do.
by Anonymous12 years ago
still sounds like a random add-in to me, as everyone in the comments are talking about how they won't kick puppies, but would rather burn the flag. No one's discussing about the money part...
by Anonymous12 years ago
Fuck all of you America haters. What happened to the day were proud to live in our country, proud to Americans? It's a sad world we live in nowadays.
by Anonymous12 years ago
So you're saying you torture puppies?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I am proud to live in this country and be an American, but I'd still rather burn the flag than kick a puppy. They have sad commercials against animal abuse that are on TV all the God damn time and when was the last time you saw a commercial against flag burning? I can barely sit through those commercials as it is, I don't think I'd be able to do it at all if I kicked a puppy for ten measly bucks. Plus, I like puppies; they're freaking adorable. Can't say the same thing about an American flag.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'm full on American lover so I would never burn a flag unless it was to respectfully retire it
by Anonymous12 years ago
And insult my nation and do a national crime yes
by Anonymous12 years ago
Thats only for retiring it though
by Anonymous12 years ago
The only rightful way to retire an American flag is to either recycle it (that's rather new) or to respectfully burn it in a campfire. I've done it at boy scout camp outs all the time. It's actually respectful.
by Anonymous12 years ago
This real question is - can I keep the puppy even if I choose to burn the flag?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'd burn the flag for free if someone really presented me with these options. It's just a fabric rectangle.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I really don't like puppies or America so I do both quite frequently actually.
