The ultimate example of the relentless abuse-the-customer attitude is the "insufficient funds" decline fee. You are so broke that you cannot even draw money/ pay for your item- and then they "anticipate your needs" by charging you for it, amirite?

In other words, they charge you for being poor, which makes you poorer, which they'll charge you for.

My bank does that, and that's not even the best part. They will charge you for having $0 in your accont, which causes you to overdraft, which they also charge you for ono smilie
