Perhaps they're attracted to certain qualities that are only or at least most frequently present in jerks.

They still don't have a right to say, "omg! all guyz r jerks!" And just to be fair... "omg! all girlz r bitch ass crazy!!" If they constantly date jerks and don't learn from their past mistakes, it's their own fault.
