There's a modeling agency in the UK called 'UGLY'. Their models are unconventional in the sense that aren't 'handsome' or 'beautiful' as defined by the accepted societal definition. Personally I think it's a great idea, there are so many people in the world with low self-esteem because of their 'body issues'.
