I see it used as kind of a sarcasm thing. Like when someone comments something super vile and sarcastic to get a point across but they don't want people to think they're serious. Ex: "Yeah! And once we've finished that, we can get back to exterminating the jews!"

Why shouldn't trolling be allowed? There's nothing wrong with it...all it really does is clog up the just in page and comment section. I think people should be allowed to fill up a maximum of five pages of "just in" with trollness troll
