I feel like girls generally have less guts (lol grammar) because of gender roles.

I agree completely, my girlfriend walked up to me in a busy hallway and told me that she liked me, we've been together ever since.

I asked my boyfriend out. But then again I was the initiator of every would-be relationship. I always used to wish the guys would grow a pair and ask ME out for a change.

It would be so much easier. I would do it to if there wasn't the possibility of it being followed by, "No. HEY EVERYBODY THIS CHICK WANTS TO BANG ME!"
