so you are saying that it is more special to collect virginities like some sort of PUA? Sex has a profound effect of the mind, it releases all sorts of hormones that cause pleasure and attachment. If not treated with reverence, it could be really damaging to the emotions.

I have to agree with ARandomPerson. I'm not overly religious or hold to many Puritan values, but my virgin boyfriend and I are both waiting for each other. I think it's actually cute that we'll both be learning together.

But it is one person's everything entering into another's everything. It is described in poems as a "collision of souls". The fact of the matter is that sex changes people. There are only a few who are able to compartmentalize. But for many, there is a lasting attachment.

EMBRACE THE AWKWARD!! Of course virgin sex isn't that great, because it's the first time. Like when you ride a bike.. the first time you suck, but it sure as hell is memorable. And I mean, if you go about the sex the right way (COMMUNICATION FTW), it won't suck that much. And derpy awkwardness can actually be REALLY FUN.
