You can't be racist against whites or sexist against men, you can be prejudiced against them, but racism and sexism are prejudice + power, and women and non-whites don't have the institutional power to oppress men or whites, amirite?

This is under the assumption that in all societies white people and men are the ones with power. And besides that racist =/= prejudice+power, Racist=a person with the belief that one race is superior to all others. It's perfectly racist if a Mexican thought that being Mexican is superior even though he lives in a predominantly white society. It's perfectly sexist if a woman were to believe that women were superior to men, even if she lives in a society where men are more in power.
