I really don't think I could get attracted to someone in a wheelchair. But if I dated someone and then they got into an accident or whatever and had to use a wheelchair, I would stay with them.

Same here, but I wouldn't guilt myself into staying with her. Like if she got into an accident on the way to meet me when I was going to dump her, I would probably wait a while to spread out the bad news, but I would still dump her eventually. It's not being helpful reducing the time they have to find someone new. I wouldn't dump them because they were in a wheelchair, but I suppose it could be a tiebreaker if I was undecided whether or not to dump her.

If I was already dating someone and they ended up in a wheelchair, I wouldn't dump them. But I probably wouldn't date someone who was in a wheelchair to begin the relationship. Most likely for 2 main reasons: 1) i would probably have to take care of them alot and 2) lets be honest here, sex would be weird or nonexistent. other reasons too those r just the big ones

You have it reversed...the person already in the wheelchair wouldn't need you to take care of them.

they probably would have a difficult time functioning as people who aren't in wheelchairs do and would need extra help with certain things
