Sometimes we're shocked to see we earned better grades in the hard class then the easy class. There's probably a simple explanation though. Maybe because the class was harder, we put more effort in that class than the easier one, which makes the resulting grade make more sense, amirite?

The voters have decided that fuzala is right! Vote on the post to say if you agree or disagree.

Sometimes the easy courses just have less assignments given, so if you do poorly on one of them, you can't bring your grade up that much.

I can always tell roughly how much effort I put in to something and how well I did so my grades almost never surprise me. If I focus a lot more on the harder course and I feel like I understand it well then I'm obviously going to expect a better mark.
