I once had a multi vitamin inside a pocket with Mike n Ikes. Well I chewed it thinking it was gonna be a delicious candy. Almost threw up

I take vitamins that are HUGE, and if I don't swallow them right away, yet dance around in the back of my throat and I end up gagging and spitting the water everywhere as it melts on my tongue.

Well my mom made me take one of those big ones and she didn't tell me it had to be with food. I ended up throwing up pure vitiman and stomach bile. Out of my nose.
