I can't really think of anything good that comes from hate.

It drives us to do things that motivate us and a healthy amount helps in the long run

Without at least a little bit of hate in the world, we would have nothing to compare the love to...we would never know how lucky we were to find the love...but that said, yes, hate can have both horrible and healthy outcomes
