+33 Escaping the Freshman15 is a relief, amirite?

Doesn't exist. It's only used as an excuse for those who don't care enough to take proper care of their bodies.

I thought it was more of an expression but it does exist though I don't think it should be used as an excuse but as a warning I was warned by my cousins which made me more aware of my lifestyle

What's the Freshman15?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Freshman in college can gain a bunch of weight maybe because of the newly found freedom that can lead to bad choices health-wise I don't think it happens that much though but the pounds escalate quickly from the stories I know of 15 is just the number that was chosen to represent the pounds also, the expression isn't limited to Freshman it happens to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors too http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freshman_15

The only people who worry about gaining a measly 15 pounds are women who have nothing else going for them beyond their sex appeal.

because of your username and the chunk of comments related to it it's hard for me to believe you really think that

Sex appeal is not the only reason to want to stay in shape. It could be so you can live a long and healthy life.
