+33 While the wrongdoer does what their morals condone and act in a way they find okay, the bystander knows they're letting something bad happen without doing anything to help, amirite?

You think people who do "wrong" things do it because their morals tell them to? For example, if a man robs a bank you think he does it because he just believes it's the right thing to do? Also, I get the feeling you wanted to draw a conclusion about the bystander, but didn't? Do you think the bystander is just as bad or it's not their place to intervene anyway etc.

I'm not saying that the wrongdoer does what he thinks is the //right// thing to do, I'm saying that they do it because they think it's okay for them to do it (meaning they themselves are okay with them doing it, even though they know society isn't okay with them doing it). However, the bystander more often is the one that acts in a way that they themselves are far less okay with. It's a matter of integrity is what I'm saying
