In all honesty, I got it from a place that sells hotdogs in Cape May, New Jersey called Hotdog Tommys. They sell shirts with that phrase and unfortunately after looking on their website I couldn't find a link.

No. The shirts from this place had their name and then the phrase under it and on the back it had a giant hotdog
