We possibly would be "womankind", there would be masculinists, we wouldn't say "oh boy" or "oh man", Gods end up as Goddesses and in other romance languages "them" wouldn't go to the male plural and such. It'd be quite the experience, amirite?

Or what if we simply called anything with a vagina a man and anything with a penis a woman. Or what if we called penises vaginas and vaginas penises. "You make my vagina so hard." And then everyone calls the woman (of the hypothetical situation) a slut.
