WHY ARE YOU LIVING MY DREAM?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

because I'm fabulous, of course ;) idk, I mean obviously I speak my native language, Finnish (although I don't like it), through various instances like spending my childhood abroad and also my beloved IB my English is better than my Finnish, and thanks to being in a language-oriented school I can also get by in French and Swedish :p next up I want to learn Italian, but I don't know how and where maybe I'll wait till uni

An interesting side note (or maybe boring side note) when I was an undergraduate in college it was required that you take at least one language course. Basic, C, assembly, or pascal were considered languages for this requirement. That's how/why I learned to program.

I want to be at least trilingual. I'm workin on Spanish right now.

My degree requires me to take at least 2 languages, but i'm going to take a third one as well. I really wanna be able to actually learn them and become pretty fluent, not just pass the class and move on, ya know?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I'm curious - What's your degree?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

History and curating. I want to be a museum curator.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

As many as I possibly can. I'm bilingual and I'm working on French and Chinese at the moment.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I took french for 12 years, still don't feel fluent.

I'm working on Spanish. I want to learn French and Italian. Irish, Greek, Chinese and Latin would be cool, too.
