Most of them.. especially today's children's cartoons. Now before you say, "//but you just like the cartoons you watched when you were a kid because you grew up with them!//" That's not true. I can still go back and watch just about any cartoon I liked as a child and enjoy it just as much.
I think part of it is that cartoons today don't pay much attention to detail. Instead of being hand-drawn, everything is animated and it's easier to make an episode of something. If you look at the beginning of any cartoon series (like South Park, Family Guy, Sponge Bob, The Simpsons, etc.) it's more detailed and possesses more character than later episodes. I'm a big fan of Sponge Bob pre-movie but after the movie, something changed. I'm not sure how to describe it but it's definitely different and now, episodes of Sponge Bob are getting perpetually worse with every season. They should have ended it in 2007 or 8.
Another reason is cartoons today are more politically correct to be "family friendly" because God forbid you simply not let your kid watch TV or sit and explain to them that some behavior shown on TV is unacceptable.
So yes, OP. Cartoons do suck now.
