The United States of America, is indeed a country. "America" however is not, and it shows something about the national ego, no other country in North or South America cares to assume the name of both continents

Well, what are your criteria for judging "America" to be the best country Burt? GDP, yes USA are highest, but GDP per Populace, even Lichtenstein is above USA
