There is nothing wrong with wearing a baseball hat backwards, amirite?

A man may wear a baseball cap backwards to protect his head from rain but still see clearly, or in the case that this is a grieving individual, he may need to hold his head in his hands without first grabbing the bill of his cap.

LOL....date rape fan! Good one. We have not even addressed wearing it SIDEWAYS or with the bill flipped up. Yo, you feelin' what I'm sayin' dog?

There is nothing "wrong" with wearing anything the way you choose. Personal choice is a beautiful thing. I can't even believe someone would disagree with a post like this. It really shows how biased and steeped in societal customs people are. And who suggested it was "wrong" anyway?
If YOU like the way it looks, and YOU want to do it, then that is all that matters. Everyone else will have to deal with it.

@freespeechfreelancer There is nothing "wrong" with wearing anything the way you choose. Personal choice is a beautiful thing. I can't...

I disagreed because I don't like it, not because it is wrong.

In regard to your last two sentences, yes, do whatever the hell you want. But you have to deal with what people have to say about it. Part of having freedom is allowing others to.

@Wunderscore I disagreed because I don't like it, not because it is wrong. In regard to your last two sentences, yes, do...

You can disagree for any reason you choose. But not liking something is not a reason to disagree. The OP did use the word "wrong" - so technically, by disagreeing, you were saying it was wrong.
And I don't worry what someone or others might say. People talk and will criticize you for any number of reasons. If you make your choices based on what they will or will not say, then in reality, you are allowing them to decide what you should or should not wear or do. What they say or feel is THEIR problem, not yours.

@freespeechfreelancer You can disagree for any reason you choose. But not liking something is not a reason to disagree. The OP did use...

"You can disagree for any reason you choose. But not liking something is not a reason to disagree." So can I disagree for my own reasons or not?

I assumed that the IP meant "wrong" in a loose way. Language isn't always strict.

I agree that people can and maybe should do what they want. But other people can express their opinions, regardless of whether or not you want them to. Your last sentence sounded to me like their opinions are invalid.

@Wunderscore "You can disagree for any reason you choose. But not liking something is not a reason to disagree." So can I...

You are free to say or feel any way you wish. You assumed one way, I assumed another. I did not take your comment to task - I merely posted MY OWN comment about the OP's post. You came back at my comment, not the other way around.
Your opinion is as valid as mine or anyone's. The OP has every right to be right in the way they choose to wear their cap. What someone says, thinks, believes, or feels about it is not the OP's problem. You may wear something tomorrow that someone dislikes or disagrees with. They actually may not be able to stand it. So, do you change for their sake? Do you go buy what pleases them? Would what you are wearing the way you wear it then become "not a good look?" Would it ruin the whole point of what you had put on? ONLY if you allowed what they said, thought, or felt to outweigh your own personal view or opinion.
Their opinions are theirs, and do not have to be yours. That does not invalidate theirs - it simply means you value yours MORE than theirs.

There's nothing wrong with it, but it's kind of tacky and out dated.
