True. However, with the Hobby Lobby decision, the people will not be making the decision about whether contraception is moral and therefore covered by insurance. It's the owners.
I am not certain of this, but isn't a major purpose of a corporation is to insulate business owners' assets from those of the corporation? In that way, if a corporation goes bankrupt, the owners' assets are left alone. A corporation is a business construct aimed to spur the economy. Nothing more.

If you mean they shouldn't be considered individuals by law, then yes, a corporation is not an individual. But, as freelancer said, they're run by people and of course anything that involves people is going to reflect the views of said people at least a little bit.
