I don't have both boobs and balls, but I'm going to assume getting hit in the balls hurts way more. You never see a girl fall to the ground from pain if she gets elbowed/punched in the boob.

We should do an experiment and end this discussion once and for all. We will need about 10 men and 10 women and then kick/punch them in balls/breasts and then see how much painkiller is needed to stop the pain. Then we find the average and compare the results :)

Yes. Breasts can be incredibly sensitive particularly during menstruation. I saw a girl get a volleyball spiked at her boobs and she dropped hard. Also (I could be wrong, but I believe this is true), women have a higher pain tolerance.

I cringed when he got hit. The scariest part of that was that they did a straight on shot and not a shot from below. Getting hit from below (like from a kick) hurts way worse.

I don't have balls, but judging from seeing peoples' reactions it's a lot worse. Additionally it sometimes depends on when a girl gets hit in the boob because if you're PMSing it might hurt worse but still not worse than a crotch hit.

I don't think being punched in the boob as is painful as being kicked in the nuts, in most cases. Receiving extreme pain from being punched in the boob is unlikely as there is a specific point you must hit for it to really hurt, where as it is easier to get an extreme pain by being kicked in the nuts. I have known some guys however, to get kicked in the nuts and hardly feel any pain at times, whilst I have also been punched in the boob myself, multiple times, in most cases it being not so bad, yet in others it being excruciating, that I could give the boys a run for their money. I think it just depends on where you're hit. Most of the time for girls it won't be too bad, yet there is the odd occasion where I think it could rival being kicked in the balls.
