+12 'The Silence of the Lambs' is a great movie and all Oscar awards it won were deserved. But there was one performance that should've received an Oscar too. The man who played 'Buffalo Bill's' character. Amirite?

Wasn't it played by Rafe Fiennes? I'm guessing... It //was// a major role...yes... Love all the Hannibal Lecter books.

No, but that was an awesome role and performance too! That was 'Red Dragon' the remake of 'Manhunter'. The prequel to 'Silence of the Lambs'. Ralph Fiennes is one of my favorite actors. He's amazingly versatile.

Yes... I have the book and read it several times... They classify it as a Hannibal Lecter book but it has very little to do with him...
