It wouldn't be so bad if they were reasonable. Graduating from college and owing $100,000 for just a BA or BS is crazy.

Not my POV but: students are supposedly going to school...hardship...part time jobs...broke...making sacrifices in order to garner a better future... And by slapping on a loan that takes 10 years to pay off...seems somewhat self-defeating...
It's not like they overspent...or due to a gambling shopping addiction...and are justifiably paying for their financial mistakes...

What young people need to realize and dismiss is this media inflicted notion that you are a failure if you //don't// go to college. That's poppycock.
But the more young people who realize that, the less tuition money that goes to these crooked universities, so the "alumni" in the media keep pushing that conception.
