Well they don't always remember. Some people only remember the good parts, and not the bad. And I'm sure there are people out there who'd insist that teenagers *today* are under no stress and are perfectly carefree etc, even if they do fully remember their teenage years.

my mom even admits things are a lot harder on teengers now than they used to be, like how much harder what we learn in school is compared to how it used to be and the ammounts of homework
