Sometimes, the cause of death should be kept private.
There are some out there, but you are right, it would be real interesting.
Some used to have cause of death, until tombstones became a multi million dollar business, I guess.. In the 1800's, if a tombstone said "died of a broken heart" , it usually meant that they committed suicide.
Now that would make for some interesting research
Sometimes they don't even know who is in the grave. And "cause of death" is only a guess. Sometimes a highly scientific wild-a@@ guess, but still a guess.
Or a kiosk..
Some of them do, especially the older ones. Young people who have been murdered quite often allude to that.
