The poster is saying, it should be done to where you would get off an hour from work.
Not sure where his time zone is.

I get off at 3 p.m......so, 2 p.m. for me.

Myself, I wish they would leave the damn time alone.

Daylight Savings Time always cut my college spring break short by one whole hour! It always made me wish they gave us a one hour delay on that Monday so we could have the full spring break off 😭
