When we exercise to lose weight most of the weight loss gets exhaled as carbon dioxide. So we breathe away excess weight. amirite?

In high school I wrestled off 8 to 10 pounds a few times in an hour or so. You can also lose weight by sleeping in a cold room.

gasses do not have any weight, so unless you work hard enough to burn fat, nothing happens. Reason I want a treadmill at my home.

Going by that...oxygen makes us fat.

If that is the case the guy that call heavy breathing on the phones needs a sammich wary smilie
