What makes it even worse (and more frustrating) is they are just texting or chatting on the phone and not paying attention, etc.
if that were the case, wouldn't the window attendant tell them to move on? When I see someone messing with a phone, they give up their place in my line and must go to the back. serves them right.

You could probably do 30 posts about issues with fast food places and not be redundant. :)
