If you live on the second floor your floor is a ceiling, amirite?

Unless the house is on the side of a hill, and the first floor is on the low side of the hill and the bedrooms (2nd floor) don't actually have any living space below them.
(IE: Usually when the main entrance to the house is on the downhill side.)
