Makeup and wigs still allow people to see your eyes and face. I think they sometimes want to make sure nothing is hidden in a hat,

It just bothers me that they think a robber would just take their hat off to be identified...why stop at banks..gas stations are robbed way more often but in would be rediculous to ask everyone to remove covering...in fact i am wearing the hats and gasses to not be identified , is that a crime???
