If humanity gets wiped out there are a ton of already multicellular, already relatively intelligent creatures that could take our place. It took evolution 2 billion years to get from a strand of RNA (which is what a virus basically is) to a worm, and only half a billion to get from a worm to a person, so anything more advanced than a worm already has a 2 billion year head start.

Yeah no crap genius. My point was that it's still possible it would end up being the virus in stead.

except viruses aren't actually alive

For a virus to evolve into an eukaryote would take a really really long time

@cinemassacress The universe has time pal, don't you worry about that.

Well yeah but it seems more likely that something else will evolve to be intelligent before any kind of virus gets the chance to

@TheRojoGaming For a virus to evolve into an eukaryote would take a really really long time

Well I think becoming a eukaryote would almost certainly not happen or take an insane amount of time. Its not like theres a blueprint from virus to "cell". It could become something completely different.

Its more likely that we all die RIGHT NOW in this second.... ... ... ... see

God made everything as it is now only 8 or 10 thousand years ago. And anyone who doesn't believe that will burn in Hell forever and ever !! But He loves you !! God bless Donald Trump !! Fox news rules !! Evolution is a hoax !!
