Overpopulation is a lie. We have more than enough resources, they are just distributed so insanely unevenly that it makes it appear like there's too many people.

"Theoretically" is a cop-out term used to cover all the unrealistic possibilities. Which country in Africa is best suited for the future? Rwanda? Angola?
